Chat not working

Not seeing any chat in any area now,

Anyone else having same problem?

    I'm having the same problem. I'm dragon hunting in Rothe Valley and there is ALWAYS a constant stream of dragon calls going on. But for the last half hour, I haven't seen a single person say anything.

    I'm sure it has something to do with Xbox showing 0 friends online. It's like Xbox live is down... but it's not.

    Happens like every weekend with Xbox. It goes down and chat stops working in game.
