More testing is necessary but initial testing is indicating healing depression halves lifesteal chance instead of/or aswell as lifesteal severity. Only severity would seem the logical option.
Running ACT over a couple of gauntylgrym fights, BOTH lifesteal stats are being included in healing depression. This seems a double dip for one aspect of healing. I believe this should be severity only - inline with other healing.
Lucky us they are fast with fixing the bugs and problems with mod6, all this should be ironed out in lets say 30 something weeks, oh wait a lot of the heroic feats have been broken since mod 1, yeah they are still broken! simple solution would be to listen to the playerbase feedback and make a list of priority fixes, but I guess it's easier doing absolutely nothing great job guys keep it up .

This needs to be fixed unless they are also going to nerf players crit chance because of tenacity's "crit resistance" stat.....
