Anointed army does not work properly at rank 4!

The anointed cleric daily [Anointed Army] rank 4 seams to not graphicly show like it does rank 1-3. Also it does not give "high damge resistance"(near immunity?) like it does rank 1-3. It does seam to give bonus power like it is supposed to but that is all it seams to do.

Please fix or give me a free respec so I can downgrade it to rank 3?

    nor does the CW's icy terrain. or a number of other things. but I, who am normally overly-optimistic am looking at the latest patch notes and beginning to think that we are simply talking into space. All of the most recent patches are really inconsequential and i see nothing addressing any of the issues that have been brought up or things not working properly.

    I have reported several bugs over the last few months but have given up since not one has been resolved yet, I just wish there was something I could do about it.

    Panderus states right at the top of the Preview Patch notes:
    Thanks for all of your continued feedback and daily PMs, not everything obviously made it into the build for this week, but some are already fixed and will be ready to go out for next weeks update. Things including: Rank 4 powers not behaving properly, campaign zone difficulty warnings, more Tiamat/Hoard changes.

    So have a little more patience.
