Skilled 12 year mmo vet with multiple 60s lf T1/T2 guild

Hello,
MMO experience of 12 years(I am certainly not a scrub)
Quiet, calm, and mature
Very Active, most days/nights(central time)
I have a tr and a cw both around 9k gs(only been 60 a few days) gs increasing quickly
Will be leveling a cleric and tank once original 2 classes hit about 10k gs
I have a mic(don't always feel like using it though)
I am looking for -
An active lvl 60 guild for running t1/t2 content(farming dungeons with the current matchmaking system is rather inefficient)
I'd prefer a small-ish guild(I don't need a clan that randomly invites everyone)
Mature adults! I'd rather not have chat constantly flooded with nonsense
