Eternal armor ...well of dragons

I just turned level 70 and went and bought the level 70 armor and once I bought it it turned into level 61 armor can someone please help

    sorry to clarify I bought the well of dragons set before I bought it said level 70 once I bought it it turned to level 61 in my bag

    Its not lvl 70 armor... It clearly says lvl 61.

    It levels up with you from 61 - 70. So as you gain levels... the stats increase. It is level 61 armor... so you can wear it at 61 to help you level up to 70.

    Its not bad armor to keep at 70 until you can get into the Alliance gear either...

    If you waited until level 70 to get it, you missed out on most of its purpose.
