Scoundrel's Retreat?

I'm currently at a loss.
I've been trying to continue the "story line" to do these unmissable achievements, but I cannot find anymore quests to do in Pirate's Skyhold.

Any suggestions?

    I believe that once you level up so far past a mission it no longer shows on the map and that the NPC will no longer have the indicator above their head. If you speak with them they will still offer the mission though. You may have to Google the NPC for each quest and then go find them. I have read this in previous posts about the same issue.
