Is Lag terrible for you as well?

For the first 2 weeks of release my lag was almost non-existent. Now its pretty much constant. Not so much choppiness, but horrible graphic lag. Everything is soooo slooow =(

I have a 200mbps wired connection so I know its definitely not me.

Are there ways to fix it? Or is it just me?
