Tymora's Lucky Coin, Cooldown Bug

I just bought Tymora's Lucky Coin for my Paladin. But everytime i hit TAB (which is ALL the time) it reduces the cooldown on the Coin by 3 minutes. This makes the coin useless. I use the coin, get the "ten minute" stat buff, enter combat, and within seconds the coin is off cooldown and the stat buff is gone.

Is this happening to any one else, or to other classes?

    Bugged for my Paladin too.
