    Was about to post about this.

    Read on reddit that new lockboxes were dropping...

    Begs the question, has the Tyrannical been retired?

    Kill a mob and your virtually guaranteed to get one -- they drop more often than the spam-vertising you get about people "winning" something from one.

    Yes, retired, but will likelyshow up again on special events, lockbox weekend. They lasted about 6 weeks on PC, only made it 4 weeks here.

    Jewelry stuff was in Nine Hells (my personal fav, no mounts, no companions, almost everything useful) which was the one after Fell Dragon.
