Ap bug it's back !

I was running Dragons (Heralds) now, and my AP up constantly... more fast than my encounter powers.

Anyway, please fix it right this time. Thanks.

    DC are still doing it in dungeons too, bug is not fixed can confirm.

    Couple of seconds for full AP bar. Can confirm seen people who had the hastening light effect OH. Just had someone do it in a dungeon and at Heralds in WoD. Working as intended :rolleyes:

    Its far less than it used to be. A Tactic GF in a mob can fill up the AP pool faster. :confused:

    i have seen to my guildy cleric to procs sometimes you fill it goes fast sometimes not i agree gf when get big hit he recharge ap the tactician one very fast.

    I am a GWF a few times when I have been out soloing and I have been able to use my daily up to 3 times before it drained my ap, at first I thought it was lag or something but the damage done to mobs is real from what I can tell. no other players around me so don't know why its happening.

    This AP bug is coming from Hastening Light + Offhand with Hastening Light + Hammer of Fate daily... pls fix it as fast as possible...
    Also fix the new Artefact cooldown bug from CW which is affected of the middle path feet where you get your encounters power faster... (IDK how it names, because my main is a DC)
    I already reported it ingame and hope you fix it in 2 days because its like an exploit and its not fair in pvp.
