I agree. That was the best couple days of gaming I've had in a long while. I made millions of AD, leveled up nine new characters to at least 20, fully upgraded two artifacts, and upgraded all my companion runes and equipment enchantments to at least rank 7. I didn't get much sleep, but it was a lot of fun. The only thing that could've made it better is if we also got the Zen bonus PC users enjoyed.
Much thanks to Cryptic/PW for a great weekend! Do it again soon, but not too soon... I need to sleep.
You do understand, with double AD the Zen exchange is going to get worse and the prices on AH will be outrageous for some players. Not as bad as the PC (500AD for 1 Zen), but it will. Players are already upset at the current 130AD to 1 Zen.

More like near 150AD to 1 Zen. The Zen coffers are already drying up since the market is flooded with AD now. Makes you think that was kind of planned.... Glad I was way ahead of the pack & loaded up on Zen when it was trading at 120 AD to 1 Zen .
The price of zen on Xbox Needs to go up imo, from what I've been reading about it (and having a play at my friends place) . It should be more like 200-300 per 1 for a healthy level/supply to come in I think. with the number of AD sinks later on, people need a strong incentive to trade their zen in for AD and with higher AD price per 1 zen they will have that as they essentially get more bang for their buck.
A lot of Sinks that are in game are so excessive though. Take the price of a "feat/boon respec (on pc at 60 this is ~78k) . its cheaper to trade AD for zen for a FULL respec (which does more for you) at the current market level, until zen reaches above ~260 ad per 1. is the price for a feat/boon respec the same on Xbox as it is on pc?
Same with upgrading mounts. its CHEAPER to trade AD for zen and buy an account wide mount than it is to upgrade one from r1 to r3 (this is the case even on pc at 500:1 lol. I remember the prices were lowered, but they seem higher again. then again I never really looked at the price change.
What are higher end enchantments like rank 7 and above cost in the Xbox AH? I'm really curious about its economy. are there any perfect weapon / armor enchants for sale? what kind of prices are they at (stable prices not inflated ones)
Considering the minimum cost to make a perfect enchant is 32 (4 per enchant) shards of that enchant (free from dungeons) , 15 coalescent wards (15000 zen total) , 9 GMOP (100k AD each) and some other marks + Refinement materials (pick up drops) the minimum cost would be $150 + ~900k AD . Or if you used zen entirely about $210 at 150:1 ratio for ONE perfect enchant, and that's if you farm all the RP. at 150:1 thats 2,520,000 AD, which from what people are saying from their farming experience isn't all that bad.
At normal 24k a day per character for 2 characters (lets assume you hit that cap on your 2 free character slots a day and didn't buy any extra ones, you'd still need to be playing a fair bit to achieve this though) thats 52.5 days. so yeah I'm super curious as too current prices of EVERYTHING and Anything.
Sorry totally trailed off on my train of thought lol
I too enjoyed the double X weekend but I must say that an already easy game was made even easier! I was killing bosses without taking damage sometimes! Lol
Double XP and the Challenge of the Gods event before that were a blast! I used this event to feed enchantments to my Cleric's artifact - got to level 1 - 30 in a few hours time, as well as boosting all of my enchantments to the level-up point. Just need more AD to buy Marks of Potency and I'm all set! Looking forward to more!

I don't agree Zen should be sold at higher prices. Inflation is generally bad... or maybe I just don't want prices to go up until I can buy tons of Zen at a sub-140/1 AD to Zen ratio. Either way, I don't agree . I do, however, agree that prices on the AH are incredibly low overall.
Lesser enchantments, which basically require coalescent wards (although I did get EXTREMELY lucky and got five to pop in 34 tries with standard preservation wards), are selling for 50k AD. Even at the low 140/1 AD to Zen ratio, those should cost at least 145k AD, but they won't move at that price. And everything is like that. Stuff that, if converted to Zen and purchased in the Zen store, costs in excess of 200k Ad won't sell above about a third of its production cost. I managed to make a lot of money buying undervalued materials in the AH and then reselling the refined items, but it should have cost more (and I should have made more). In other words, I'm happy with my millions, but the market is really messed up right now.
And then there's the other extreme. Lots of people are listing stuff at crazy high prices. For example, 1200 Zen companions (Acolyte of Kelemvor, Ioun Stone, etc.) are listed for 300k-400k. Even at a 150/1 AD to Zen ratio, which our market hasn't hit yet, those companions are only 180k.
I think a major factor causing problems in the current market is the broken AH search/filters/sorts. No one can find anything, and people are using tricks, including massive undercuts AND high initial bids, just to show up in the obscenely small 400 item list. Another factor I think is causing a lot of these crazy listings is the fact we're dealing with a console crowd. Based on general demographics, there are probably quite a few more 10-15 year olds on NWXbox than on XWPC, and my guess is people in that age range, in general, aren't too market savvy (if they even understand economics at all).

Anyway, I'll stop... since we're way off topic
