GWF unstoppable bug

When using Unstoppable the moment you get controlled, it sometimes bugs.
You don't gain Unstoppable buff, but your Determination is slowly draining.
Slower than it would with unstoppable up, but you also still gain Determination in the process.
During this time you can't use Unstoppable until your Determination reaches 0 again.
Wich is a pain in the *ss when you can't get rid of your Determination because you take or deal damage...
Having this happen during combat, you have to get out of combat or die and lose all your determination before you can use Unstoppable again.

It seems random and somewhat rare, but it is absolutely infuriating, as it means certain death in a boss fight.
To be clear, you can have a full determination bar, and it simply will not allow you to use the button until you die or leave combat.
This bug just happened to me while fighting " *blah* *blah* The Twisted" , the final boss of the Mt. Hotenow zone, I forget his exact name.
This bug needs immediate attention.
