After Level 60

I am just wanting to know if it's possible to upgrade skills after level 60. Basically, I'm a level 60 ****. I have my Scourge Warlock at level 60, but my gear score and other stats are very low. Also, can you upgrade your feats as well?

    You will still lvl, however, you can receive 1 additional point for your skills. I play PC and X1 and have never had an additional feat point drop

    Awesome. Thanks. I was worried that I wouldn't get all my feats up. I'm just learning the numbers side of the game. Before I just went with what I thought was good. I'm not seeing a whole other side. Thanks again.

    You get an additional POWER point not a FEAT point...
