Dungeon/Skirmish queue issues for 2x XP weekend

Is anyone else having an issue with queuing up for dungeons and skirmishes? As soon as this event started I haven't been able to queue up. I click the Shores of Turen and it doesn't put me into queue. I even wait a few moments to do it again and nothing. It's the same with all the dungeons and skirmishes at lv60.

    I am also having an issue with the Queue... I cna Queue for dungeons but when i click accept it loads me into the dungeon alone??? then it kicks me out of the dungeon for being alone. I am not in a group when this occurs, even though i had been assigned to one by the queue before the dungeon loads... it is very frustrating as there is a dungeon delve event and i cannot participate...
