Quest: The Upper Vault

The Upper Vault:
Enter the Iron Heart (completed)
Enter the Upper Vault (completed) though never entered
Find Soren Ravaris (incomplete) cant get through the portal to turn in

Please help with this bug as i can not complete quests. I see others entering said portal as i stand there with no option to click (A) button.

    Is that the bit where there's a big glowing white light portal and a somewhat invisible floor? If so, the problem is it takes forever to find the 'sweet spot' to make the option to click A appear. I had the same problem and found that jumping and clicking A helped.

    Sorry if that's not the part you mean, I don't actually remember the name of the quest, but that's what came to mind. :)

    It is the white portal, but finding a sweet spot seems impossible for myself. Others just run up and poof, they are gone. Thanks for the info thought.

    Has this been solved? I have the same thing with my level 60 scourge warlock and my game has pretty much stopped because of this.

    I've raised a ticket with arc but as yet I've heard nothing.
