Rage Drake account wide

I know that the mounts purchased in the Zen Store are account wide. I just recently opened a lockbox with the Rage Drake in it. I used it on a character and I also have 5 others. Is the Rage Drake able to be used account wide? If so, how do I do that? If not is there any plans to be able to make mounts like this account wide?

    The mounts obtained from the Tyrannical Lockbox are locked in to the character you equip them on.
