How do I open the in game mail?

    Okay, how would I claim the elemental was offered? I've already got it in my mail just not sure what to do next.

    Claim the code on ARC, go to the Reward Claims Agent in PE

    Go to thet mail clerk or a mailbox - one is near the guild counter in Protector's Enclave upper level, one near the Deekin Street city gte, one near Coriol Street city gate, two in Icewind Dale. Press [F] [Edit: not [E] as stated before] to engage (chat to clerk, use mailbox) - Mail window pops up. Open the mail the items are attached to and press the now highlighted "Take items" button.

    If you're referring to the email promo, however:

    Go to Sgt. Knox, stand in front of him, turn araound 180°, see the small tunnel? through that and straight ahead to the counter - "Rewards Claims Agent" is what the guy is called. Talk to him and he'll have your stuff...

    [Edit:] Oooops - sorry, I switch [F] and [E] in my key bindings - as [E] is where many other games I play(ed) have the "engage" function...

    You can always read and write mail by opening Mail friom the icon at the tom of your screen.

    To attach or claim items attached to messages, however, you must go to a mailbox or the Mail Courier NPC (near the Auction House, west of the Market in PE. There is a mailbox next to or very near most city gates. You must stand next to one and use the [F] key to check mail - that's when you can claim attachments, or attach items to a mail you are composing.

    The [F] key obviously refers to the PC version, so it should be whatever you do to interact with stuff on X-Box version.

    EDIT: Well, I see I am a very slow typist. :)
