Power, feats and ability score points

Subject: I can not give any points of power, feats and ability score
Steps to reproduce:
1. I am opening the character window and then ability score
2. I have 2 ability score points (70 LVL). giving any of them and clicking accept button. Then I close window and ability score isnt given.
3. Same problem in power points. I have 13 points. I am giving points to any skills then close the window. no point is given
4. Same as feat points. I have 5 feat points. I am giving any feats then I close window. my feat points cant be given.
5. Talk to Sergeant Knox.
Bug: My Rhaskalakas character has problem in a power, feats and ability score points to be given
Note: I have this problem since last patch
