Hi, I've got like a billion quests in my log, and I don't know which one points me to the level 60 leveling area for my CW.
My CW was leveled via the foundry while it was exploitable, so Sgt. has like 20 quests for me. I already went to the guy under the tree, but I don't know what quest he gave me (if he even gave me one).
Does anyone know the name of the quest, or the area that I go to after talking to the guy under the tree?

I suggest that you have a look at those old quests you have and work you way through some of the higher level ones. Other than the starter quests in each of the new zones, and the starter quests under the tree in PE, the 60+ 'leveling' consists of grinding of low xp quests.
Do the new starter (yellow) quests first for new reward loot to replace your old gear, then clean up the older quests before grinding the repeatable (blue) quests. If nothing else it will cut down on your use of repair kits.
If you want to start it a bit on the easy side, you also might wish to start out with the old Level 5x-60 zones - Rothé Valley, Hotenow, Whispercaves. There the playing is much easier, and the quest XP are higher than in the new zones... ...so you'll even accelerate your ascension to Level 70.

The exp isn't that great anymore. They nerfed it so the quest give less exp even with double xp week.

Just did it the last two days with a Lvl 58-62 Pal and got like 8-11k per quest in Hotenow, e.g. - as opposed to like 1.5-3.5k (no 2x) during last weeks EE-zones grind with my DC. So to me it seems to work for me.
But that 2x XP Weekend has been mentioned to be somewhat patchy, so that might have led to a different impression.

I did, I don't think he gave me a quest after I talked to him, maybe he did and I missed it.
Do you know what zone he sends me to? Maybe I can just go there.
The quest will send you first to Ebon Downs, then to Pirate's Skyhold. After that, there's a battle in PE, then you'll be off to Drowned Shore.
