Tenacity even do anything at all??

I dont know about anyone else.. but for me pvp is one endless,root/daze/knock/freeze all chained together.. i have 40% resistance from Tenacity and dont see it at all in actual gameplay.

    To be able to see how Tenacity works, try going there without it...
    [10:49] [Combat (Self)] Your Proton Barrage deals 96581 (43411) Proton(Critical) to Seto.

    This. When I went to PvP at higher levels without tenacity I would get controlled for an eternity. Now that I got grim set for him it's just half an eternity :D

    control resist reduce the DURATION it's not a chance to AVOID the control... also the armpen reduction and crit damage resistance are what really make the difference... between getting oneshotted and getting a 20k hit ;)

    also... there are other additiona that you can find to futher reduce your vulnerability to CC (elven battle for example, even if pure/transdent is still bugged the perfect version still greatly effect root duration...)... there are also races that have a natural 10% cc resistance... those are actualy quite good races for one that want to do lot of PvP (cc resist is quite useless in PvE except a few situation)

    Yeah Tenacity definitely works, the difference between having 0 tenacity and even a few hundred is noticeable.
    Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
    Obsidian Oath - Warlock
    A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

    Without tenacity, you'd die at root and miss out on the daze/freeze/knock part of that chain.
