Epic Heroic Encounter Dailies

Ok, first of all, I've liked the epic heroic encounters. I was hoping to do all of them at least once as I went through the zones. The issue is, no one else seems to want to do them and I had a hard enough time getting 5 people, let alone 15 or even 10. This was when the module was a few days old, so I was very confused.

Then I figured out why. The daily gives nothing special, just what any hourly gives. The heroic encounter gives the exact same reward as any other heroic encounters. So no one bothers, and these fun encounters are simply left there, unplayed.

Then I remembered the Troves of Elemental Evil. A rare box that gives decent loot, but still not likely to give anything that powerful. It seems like it would be a perfect thing to put in the daily reward. If 100% is too low, then at least given a chance at one, preferably no lower than 25%. Any thoughts on this? To me, it seems like it would get these encounters played again.

Also, on a somewhat related note, Battle of Mistral Point shows as having 20 minutes but only has 15 like the others. I personally think they should be 20 minutes like every other epic heroic encounter.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.

The major heroic encounters need some encouragement as well. Especially Emberclaw in the Firey Pit.

Um yeah the drop rate of aggregate elements and unified are probably too low to be a solid incentive to do these encounters.
