Cant find shard(server) bug

Every time I try and launch the game signing in first, The play button is grayed out, and it says no shards available. But if i launch the game while signed out, then sign in it allows me to click play and play the game. really annoying bug.

    Had the same issue, found a workaround. Hope it works for you too!

    An easier way to do that.

    1. Sign out
    2. launch Neverwinter it will force you to sign in screen.
    3. Sign in to preferred xbox account.
    4. you should be able to play now.

    So there is no permanent fix? I have been doing the work around where I sign out and sign back in on the title screen and it works, but with all the disconnecting and random dashboardings this game has it is starting to get annoying having to sign in / out repeatedly (I had to sign in / out 3 times last night when I ran heroic lair of the pirate king due to constant freeze and kicks to the dashboard). If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

    No, there isn't. I don't think. Why don't you let support know. And they could try and get this looked into. Witch if they do I'll be really happy lol.

    I contacted support via the tickets and they just sent me to this forum to report it. Very helpful :mad:

    Resurrecting this post in hopes that someone may have found a solution. I also contacted support via ticket and they told me that I could try clearing my xbox cache or delete the game and re download. Other than that they stated they know the issue but don't have a fix for it yet. I have tried clearing the cache and re downloading the game but to no avail. Has anyone found a solution?
