Cannot choose boons ?

Okay recently brought IWD campaign compeletion and NOW i cant place ANY boons cause it's keeps askin me if i want to cancel instead of commiting what gives ?
Drakeos Lightblade - Human - Oathbound Paladin (Protection) (MAIN)
Drakeos Shadowbow - 60 Combat Pathfinder Hunter Ranger (Alt/retired)
Falados - Drow (Mez) Level 60 Trickster Rogue - Offically retired
Drakeos - Drow (Mez) Scourge Warlock/Druid (retired)

    General

    Rank 4 of Paragon powers are now correctly locked until the player is level 70 and has spent 70 power points.
    Many of the new class powers have received minor FX and animation updates.

    I cannot chose boons I cannot lvl up I cannot spend power points FIX this ASAP !!!!

    Whats the point of x2 XP if you cannot lvl up ???

    Seriously NO hotfix ? come on i cant play my Paladin or ANY class until this get fixed ASAP :(
