HR Fox's Cunning not working properly and/or misrepresented

So, I've been playing a lot of PvP lately and besides connection issues (dcing team winning the match and not getting the glory I deserved) I've been frustrated with the encounter Fox's cunning. In multiple situations I have dished dodged the attack like it had intended, however control effects like the CW choke or TR stun abilities still affect me. It's really vexing as to how I am able dodge an attack and yet still be affected by the control abilities.

Fox's cunning does not properly dodge control effects even when dodging the actual attack.
1. Go into PvP.
2. Activate Fox's cunning.
3. When attacked by TR or CW control abilities as first attack, HR will dodge but still be stunned/dazed/choked/etc.

Would love to hear feedback or if there's something that I'm missing, I'll try to record a clip and upload it here soon.

    Yeah, I really struggle with the 1v1 contests such as Ranger V's Cleric or Ranger V's Rogue! I also use the Fox's cunning and in PvE it is great but PvP it seems a bit lack luster...
