perfect world/arc account woes

So I'm wondering how many others are in my boat. I used to play on PC but stopped around October 2013 or so. Recently I've had more free time and decided to try the game out on the Xbox. I'm really enjoying it and all but on the official sites I've had a lot of problems. I can only post on the forums if I got through the perfect world site and not the arc site, and I can't change things like this outdated signature lol.

I'm curious as to how many of you played on PC and if anyone else is having these issues.

    While I'm at it, does a USB keyboard work for chat if I plug it into my Xbox?

    Yes, a USB keyboard works. I have been told you must have it plugged in prior to launching game in order for it to work but I'm not sure. Mine is always plugged in so I haven't had to test it.

    yea i know what you mean fella. I tried to create an account it takes me to arc. So ok i create an arc account that lets me sign in, I go to pwe forums that asks me to sign in i do and it says wrong info takes me to another screen where it tries to determine if im a bot. On there i click on create account and it takes me to the arc create account screen again. Just going around in circles man. ITS DRIVING ME NUTS cough!
