Justice Paladin Artifact + AP generation bug

I can have my artifact constantly off cooldown, I'm pretty sure its not meant to work like this.

Also, Relentless Avenger generates a ****load of AP. Combine that with Echoes of Light and Vengeful Judge and I am spamming not only my dailies but my artifact quite frequently. I really don't think this is intended, and I won't post exactly how it works, but I'm sure anyone who really wanted to do it could figure it out.

    Vengeful Judge currently doesn't work, the only thing it does is occasionally give you a Divine Call, which only helps AP if you have the feat.

    Relentless Avenger, like many AOE skills, gives you AP based on how many targets you hit @ 5% per target hit.
    If you gather 2 or 3 groups of mobs together and spam it, of course your going to get a bunch of AP.

    Nothing you mentioned has anything to do with artifacts.

    I can have my 2 minute artifact constantly off cooldown with Vengeful Judge and Divine Call. I go into combat, use my artifact, use my Divine Call 3 times during the fight, and my artifact is right back up again. 35% 3 times is 105%.

    And its even more hilarious because outside of combat Divine Call regenerates almost instantly, meaning that my Artifact is always ready to use. Vengeful Judge DOES work, and I know it works because I'm constantly regenerating huge amounts of AP with Relentless Avenger against one target and using it back to back because of Tab. If Echoes of Light procs, I don't have to use Tab. If Echoes doesn't proc then I press Tab and use Relentless Avenger again in 2 seconds and generate another chunk of AP. Which also lowers the cooldown on my Artifact. I am standing in Spinward Rise right now doing this over and over again.

    And Relentless Avenger is generating upwards of 10%+ AP against a single target.

    Something is wrong.
