Same here. Try to login, account server times out. Then if I do get in game, same thing, server not responding at the top. Submitted a help ticket. They told me to check my internet, but I have no issues with any other game/device. Also said try disabling firewall... hmmm... nope. And then they said try restarting, but I've done that every time it happened with no luck. My xbox is setup to do a full shutdown every time, not that sleep HAMSTER it wants to do. Whatever the issue is, it isn't on my side...
Does it say "shard not found"? If so i had the same thing happen to me. I had to go to the game menu. Press Y to change user, logged out then logged back in and was able to play
No, nothing about shards sadly. Seems like everyone fixes their shards. I'm tempted to reinstall, as this seemed to let me play for 24 hours before breaking again, however I've noticed this only happens to me during peak times, like in the evening when everyone is online. Sadly this is the only good game out for Xbox One right now, so everyone wants to play...
I've been at it just shy of an hour running into the same issues. These servers are making the dragonball xenoverse server issue look like an afterthought. Each day that I play this game I have a lot of downtime due to trying to reconnect to the servers.
