never got my race rerole token

i bought a dragon-born race rerole token and iv looked at the claims vendor its not there and my friend bought one yesterday and he still has not received his either i would like my rerole token please

    my friend and I are on the same boat that's strange. hopefully they give them random person I never meant. I wanna be a dragon!

    Yeah, I just got screwed on this purchase as well. I hope I get a refund of the ZEN or they give me the token.

    I've never bought the token, but I guess once you buy it, it will show up as an option in the login screen when selecting a character. This is what I gather from this post.

    I bought the Dragonborn reroll package for 2500 zen last night on the Xbox One and I did not receive my race reroll token either. I looked in my inventory, on all my characters, in the mailbox on all characters, in all characters banks, and the character select screen and there is nothing. I submitted a ticket last night. Hopefully, I get my issue resolved with no problems.

    I have the same problem with the 7500 Zen Purchase... wicked pissed.
