Bug- Level up animation + sound when using daily power

At first I thought it was kind of amusing, but now its just annoying. Has been on my characters since the release of Mod6

Anyone else have this bug when you use any daily power and hit something you get the level up lightning bolts + flash + sound?

I could fraps it and show you what I mean if necessary.

    I'm betting you are a CW.

    The new passive ability Arcane Power Field is bugged. If you put any points in it at all then you're stuck with its animation permanently every time you activate a Daily power. Even if you don't have the passive slotted the animation still activates. And, yes, it looks just like the level up animation.

    heh good to know, yes that is exactly it, I don't have it slotted, never have once, but bought it since what else was i going to buy :/

    Same here when I'm using Flamestrike.
