Rank 2 Damage + 10%
Rank 3 Damage + 10%

Great, great now tell me what is it based on and how much damage it does.

    This is one of the problems I have with this game. They are very cryptic with their numbers and values.

    It scales with weapon damage and with power. It would be nice if it had a better tooltip.
    Neverwinter Tools for evaluating boons, mounts, dyes, etc.
