Doohickey upgrade process changed?

According to the gamepedia page (http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Wonders_of_Gond) it seems that to upgrade a Gizmo to a Thingamabob, you need a bunch of pine wood, iron ore, simple pelt.

Now, looking at my Gizmo, it shows that it requires ANOTHER Gizmo as a reagent to upgrade it. And there's a slot for a preservation ward. What? Now I need another Gizmo to up mine?

In that case, does anyone know if the last level Thingamabob -> Doohickey actually requires another Thingamabob as reagent??

If so, this really changes the cost of this Doohickey, it's a lot more expensive than before.

Can anyone please confirm?

    i'm updating that page as i get it myself. so far it seems you need a same rank gizmo to level to the next.

    Yep, I can confirm that for Gizmo, you need another Gizmo to level it up to Thingamabob.

    Can anyone confirm that it means for Thingamabob, you need another Thingamabob to level it up to Doohickey?
