This guy in the cathedral, literally all he sells is level 50 gloves. In a leveling zone where everyone is 65-67. He's really into his gloves. They're not even really nice gloves or anything. And not all classes are represented. HR and SW need not apply.
Sharandar and Dredring merchants only sell lvl 60 obsolete items from Mod5, these are now lvl 70 zones. What gives? There is no other way to progress in gear other than starting at T1's (PvE) or buying Elemental PvP gear through farming PvP tokens. I understand that grouping is more pronounced in Mod6 but it's really ridiculous to have to group up to do Campaign quests for your boons yet the zone you are doing it in can't reward you with gear that will compensate for your lack of gear.
You can buy the eternal gear in WoD at level 61 (it's really nice stuff), then farm/buy blue drops until you get better gear thru the EE "campaign." That's what I'm doing, at least.
The merchants in old zones still selling lvl 60 gear, I sorta get. They just haven't gotten everything smoothed over yet. The all new zone with a guy selling gear that's been obsolete for at least 15 levels by the time you get to him? That's just weird.

...if and when you have 60 Dragon Fangs.
Now how do you get those Dragon Fangs if you do not have the grace of early joining???
