So, after numerous attempts at Azharzel, I have finally given up. I'm not sure if the group is incompetent or if it's just unkillable.
Running with 2 CW, myself a Cleric, a GF and a TR.
We've attempted various strategies including, but not limited to:
General CC of the adds, slows/knockbacks etc.
Nuking the horrible wizards
Arcane Singularity adds near the edge and try to repel over
However, we're having no joy.
Feel free to throw some advice my way, or even if you fancy attempting it with a good Cleric, throw me an add on the Xbox at: Biuur
Thanks

Try taking a loot at some of the builds for characters on the PC, the old mod 5 CW builds should help you out. On pc, players were back in mod 5 able to solo clear the entire of castle never, including the dracolich, quite easily, the repel strat has not been used since module 0. The rotation we used on PC for CW was Conduit of ice (tab) steal time, icy terrain and sudden storm. The CW's then need to focus on timing their CC to stun the adds. If the GF uses knights valour and blocks the incoming damage, then the DC uses gift of faith and then drops astral shields on the tank. Other things that can help, is if you got a temptation scourge warlock. Also, if your tr wants to try and solo clear it in rubbish gear, then running MI executioner with the right setup, with gloaming cut, shadow strike, impossible to catch and bait and switch, the TR will then quite easily once they have mastered the rotation be able to do so. Even with only 9k gs, for tr a solo clear is possible.

We have been farming him for a few days now with a GF, DC, CW, and two TRs. I will say that how your GF interacts with the adds will make or break your run, so experiment with that until something clicks. Once we got our strat fleshed out we started one shotting it, but beforehand it was quite the mess.

As a tank myself, my job was to run side by side in a circle with the Cleric, occasionally dipping into the center and taunting the adds away from the DPS-based players, doing my best to avoid those damned hands. Works pretty well, honestly.
"If you only have a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail."
Without a tank, your CW's HAVE to actually CONTROL. If they aren't doing an efficient enough of a job, then the run will fail 100% of the time. I'm guessing, inadequet stats for several characters is your problem. We've run with and without healers/tanks and have to switch up the strategy accordingly, with your specific group though, it's all about the CW's..
Lady Vayo TR - Silky OP - Lord Reven DC (retired) - Lady Luck HR (retired)
This is a pretty much dream set up. Save for maybe a trapper hunter as opposed to your rogue... but this set up is more than perfect. Someone isnt carrying their weight. Even with sub-par gear scores on everyone you should be fine.
Tank stands at the head with KV... does his normal stuff.. Wizards can stand at the belly or around the Dracolich using their aoe powers mentioned above "death is the best crowd control" build offers plenty of Control and plenty of damage.. Rogue can just stand at hit boss. Dont worry about the wing buffet ( huge red circle) dps/cw dodge out of the hands.. these will kill you or come close... and do a lot of dmg to the tank.... keep astral seal down under the boss where the tank is.. should be really simple... 2 cws should neutralize the adds no problem. If you run around.... it wont work.
