Elemental armor.

Hello,

I have this question i was hoping someone could answer?
So since yesterday i became lv70,and i opened the campaign window to check out the epic equipment.
I was checking out these Elemental Elven Assault and Raid armor,and it says i need to speak to Urgus Battlehammer in Caer Konig for more details. So i went to him in IWD but when i spoke to him he doesn't show the information needed for me to know how to get these epics? Do i need 100% completion in IWD or more reputation? or something else?

    You are in the wrong forum. Many/most here will not understand your question. This is for Xbox and it still only goes to 60 and IWD is not released yet.

    Oh man sorry....forgive me my noobness but yes i'm on pc.
    I didn't notice this forum was for Xbox only,did it in a hurry and must have skipped it somehow.

    Anyways...can i close this myself or maybe someone else?
