should give 2% and 5% more damage on critical hits, its working?
cant test on act these days

    All Pure and Transcendend Enchants that provide debuffs are bugged at the moment and actually decrease your damage / buff mobs. Be aware, because in the case of the Vorpal ACT showed a decreased effectivity of my spells down to 66%. I've already filed a bug report about this on the forum.

    Terror provides a 4% buff to mobs instead of a debuff on Perfect/Pure/Transcendend, which also is the old 20%, not the new 40%
    Plague Fire does provide the full 9% debuff on Perfect, but less on Pure and Transcendend.

    The Neverwinter wiki says:

    Pure Vorpal: You strike with an additional 75% critical severity. Critical Severity increases the damage your Critical Strikes deal. Your critical hits now reduce your targets defense by 10%.

    Transcendent Vorpal: You strike with an additional 100% critical severity. Critical Severity increases the damage your Critical Strikes deal. Your Critical Hits now reduce your targets Defense by 20% and Power by 50%.

    Is this true?

    I'll be mighty annoyed if it's not working. I tested on preview before the mod hit live and it certainly appeared to work there

    i found the easiest way to test.
    put red glyphs on.
    damage from glyphs goes down to 570 which is 600 -2% .
    they are debuffing your damage.

    Pure seems to be working - 2% dr debuff- also DOES stack as per current tool tip. I don't know about Trans yet on my toon, on the to-do
