I bought the dragonborn reroll pack and never got my reroll token so can I please get that or my money back?

    Just for the record, a race reroll doesn't show up as a physical "token" per se, but the option is available when you choose a character. You may have to log out of the game and back in to see the option.

    If I recall, the option may only available on the character that you purchased the token pack with. In any event, this is a matter that must be resolved through support. The forum admins and staff are unable to provide customer support.
