Ranger Inscribed Leather Shirt - No Visual

Just that, the Inscribed Leather Shirt for Hunter Rangers is invisible and just shows bare skin. Has been this way since the item launched.

    Hunter Ranger's Inscribed leather shirt visual is inscribed leather pants.
