Game Freeze & Sound Loop

I have had this issue happen about a half a dozen times now. The game will lock entirely up, just the game not the system and the sound will catch and repeat maybe a 2 second clip. Most of the times it will fix itself after about 30-40 seconds, however once it lasted for quite a while, had to reboot the game to get it to work again. No idea on what causes it, its happened in dungeons, while questing, even when just standing still in the town.

    Mine does the exact same thing. It is annoying as hell.
