Heavy Howler Question Regarding Summon Sound

Just came back to Neverwinter after a year break and was planning on purchasing the heavy howler mount while it was on sale; however, I've noticed from seeing other players that it no longer makes the howling sound upon mounting it. Is this a bug or did they remove the sound cause that was what made the mount so awesome imo.

    The sound is what made me put my howler in the stables.. I find it very annoying.

    Just tried it and still makes the sound for me.

    I know there were complaints with the idling sound on it I just thought that it having a summoning animation with a howl was really cool. I have the $60 founder pack from back in beta and the horse is just getting boring to me so I wanted to upgrade to something different. Well if it still makes the howl upon summoning maybe I'll buy it, thanks

    Only the player hears the summoning sound, other players do not hear; a change made by dev to answer player complaints about it.

    But they haven't done the same thing with that stupid Cleric "I have one word for you..." - which by now just gives me headaches when I hear it.

    Go to IWD, stay by the the mail box for some time... its is fun for like 5 min, after that you will want to mute the game sound.

    On top of making it so that only the player riding the howler hears the sound they also drastically reduced the frequency of the playback.

    Thanks for the answer, and oh god the cleric sound is terrible; I preferred the old female cleric by far.
