one time claim items, you payed for them, only to use once? fair?

I feel it is highly unfair with the one time claim items, you bought them only to be able to ever use them once, they don't drop anywhere or are sold and you can't even rebuy the pack they came in. i feel that if one time claim times are to be, there should be a exclusive sore next to the gift guy were you can buy the one time items for gold or astril diamonds but not for a high price, maybe 5 gold or 5000 astral diamonds. that or they could just make it were if you already have it equipped or in your inventory then you cant pick it up but if it was discarded then you can get it again and you can get one for each character.

and to be clear you still have to pay real money before that items is even in the exclusive store.

if you want an example of the one time claim items, get the dragonborn legend pack, but be warned the one time items claim them only for one character that you want to have them because if you later want to give them to your other characters you can't.

It's the nature of F2P with micro-transactions. I understand why you'd like it, and it's why it isn't the case with many purchase items. These purchases are what makes the game profitable, since it's not a $60 retail game, and many people may never spend any real money, or close to $60.

This game does something that not all with this model do, and that's purchases where items are tied to the account and every character can use, as opposed to just one character at a time.

i think you miss read what i said. i understand that the purchases are because it is a free game but waht i am asking for is that once you purches it you can re get it, for example, i bought the dragon lengend pack. it had come with a one time claim of the wings of bumunt, as well as other things, but here is the thing, that one time claim items are only useable for the chracter that picked them up. they are not acount wide use. you cnat put them in your share account bacnk. so i had mest up and split the items and now the chracter tha ti whanted to ahv eall the titems cant get the wings becuse i canr re purches the pack and it does not come in the pack itself, that time i picked it up was a one time pick up there is no way for me to get thouse wings again. same goes witht eh armour kits witch is anoyying becuse now i am wating for a armour pice tha ti know i will stay with so that i can use the kits wisly sicne they cnat be removed once used and i cant ge tthem at all agian. the store i talk about is only ascassable for the people who bought the itmesems in the first place, so you still ahve to pay real money to get the itmes but after you pay the real moeny you can re get tha titems in that exlusive store. you are righ ton the counct pursheses but what you dont understand is tha tthe one time claim itesm are not acount purcheses they are littler a sing character use and litirl a one time use becuse you cant get them again even thou you have the pack, and like i said before you cant even repay real money to get them. sorry if i souned rude or too defsive

I would have to say it isn't fair on something. The heirloom pack for instance. It gives you only 1 24 slot bag, I think that should be changed to 1 24 slot bag that is bound to the character once you pick it up and every character you ever create can grab one from the vendor once the pack is bought.
