I found an unusual bug, the CT's door (the one on Tower District) isn't even accessible or is on the queues. Is the CT currently bugged right now?

    The tower is closed for Spring cleaning.

    Yes, really it is: the Devs are rehashing old leveling dungeons and only have the first three ready (there's another thread that lists them and I forget which they are) - the rest will come back 'online' later and Cloak Tower is one of the "later" bunch.
