Control Effects need diminishing returns

The title should say it all. There should be no reason why you can get chain dazed or stunned in PVP. Give control effects diminishing returns to make it resemble a balanced game.

    I beleive there is DR in this game, if it's working correctly is a different story.

    Outside of Break the Spirit I can't think of any CC skills that have diminishing returns

    They just need to fix the chain daze and stun.
