Seal of Triumph

I don't know if its a bug or not, but how am i supposed to get Seal of Triumph? Both quests aren't giving it anymore.

    Considering that they took one more month than scheduled to make the Mod6 live, it must be deliberate and WAI. You need the Seals of Triumph, but you cannot get them.

    i make many tickets but no answer from Administrator. No more Seal of Triumph . so no possibility to buy new PVP/PVE seat. Patch hurry up please

    i had saved up the exact no of seals in mod 5 itself to buy one set....but there's no way now to get the second set...
