I'm new to Neverwinter (loving it so far), but I may have an incredibly stupid question.
I'm having difficulty finding any warlock equipment in any Enclave shops.
I also see nothing in the Auction House (or whatever its called). I open up the auction, and nothing shows up for the class.
Is this normal, and if so why? Likewise, am I just missing something glaringly obvious?
Hopefully the no auction house gear is just a glitch, but not being able to find anything in the main marketplace either is kind of annoying. Unlike other classes theres no "Find for my class" option in the NPC marketplace either, so confusing.
I'm debating using my second character slot on a new class in the mean-time.
I've never seen any Warlock drops from bosses either.
1) Auction house - it's buggered, searching for a class or levels won't work and most of the time checking "That I Can Equip" won't work either. Remember the auction house needs you to press "Y" to search (I've encountered a few people who never realised that)
2) There is a merchant that sells our weapons in the crafting enclave, but never stumbled on one for our armour. Try looking for the people in each zone that sell Blue gear for "Seal of Lion" or w/e it is called
3) Pick up Leatherworking or Artificing when you unlock your second or third professions slots (level 10 in any profession, or level 30 class are the ones you'll hit first). Don't bother with Leadership because it's generally considered a waste of time
Actually, Leadership is the easiest one to level up. It requires no components. Also when you get your skills up high enough, you can make Astral Diamonds from it. I have 4 characters and all have leadership. My Warlock I did a few of the different skill trades but eventually when I unlocked the new skill trade slot, I went full leadership. There was one early one in leadership called Gather Astral Diamonds or something like that.
Most of the gear that I got for my Warlock was picked up in Dungeon Crawls and soloing. When you hit level 26, you can farm dragons and hope for a drop. On my 5th dragon kill I picked up the Dragon Bone Blades for my Ranger. Also you can gather up a bunch of Dragon Coins for use later when you do the campaign.
I dont recommend buying gear like that. Its a waste and you will out level it so fast. I came across most of my Warlock stuff ( Level 48 ) in dungeons thats where most upgrades will be, you wont be using world drop items to often as they are usually pretty bad greens. Key is to level up until you need upgrades, run a few dungeons and keep going. OR if you dont NEED the gear atm then just focus on leveling up to level 60 and THEN worry about gear.
