Paladin - Vengeful Judge feat bugged [Justice path capstone]

The feat is supposed to grant +35% damage for 10s after using divine call, also reduce cooldowns by 35% and give a chance for free divine call charge when using encounters. However, Oath of Devotion paragon only gets the cooldown reduction on the use of divine call. Whereas Oath of Protection paragon gets nothing. No damage increase, no cooldown decrease, no divine call charges when using encounters.

Please fix this ASAP. kthxbye

    Confirmed,

    Except I am receiving Divine Call charges via Vengeful Judge procs w/ encounters in Oath of Protection.
