How to get a level 70 artifact weapon?
Is the same way as the lvl 60?

    Not a new campaign.
    It's in the Tiamat campaign window.
    Recover artifact weapon or something like that.
    It's the same one you used when you created your level 60 artifact weapon.
    Now you choose between a level 70 weapon or a level 60 weapon and some extras.
