Rubberbanding and lag

Hello sorry for my bad english but i have a problem with neverwinter for xbox one.
I can play only in the night because if i try to play in the day i cant move and do other things.. I know that the name's problem is rubberbanding but i dont know how resolve it.

    I'm getting rubber banding from time to time as well. I'm wired on my connection, it happens when I first connect and my NAT Type is open so I know the problem is not on my end.

    I had hoped that the servers they'd connect to the console versions would be much more stable but it looks like they still use hamsters in wheels for these things.

    Since yesterday lag has been horrible. No issues prior. Just got kicked while attempting to loot an epic dungeon chest, even saw the items I was supposed to get, then blam, back to the log in screen. Lost a t2 armor and 12 seals. Not even gonna bother complaining about it since I know nothing will be done.

    I try to connect my console with the hotspot with my phone and the game is good (with hotspot the nat isnt open).. i dont really know what i need to do ..
