So in mod 5 mobs had about 22%dr and bosses 24%. If that figure scales to level then its 26% for mobs and 28% for bosses at lv 70? cuz u get .4% per lvl?
The messed up part is the developers did not do this sooner. Again, every encounter should be a challenge in epic ,common or legendary gear. I'm happy with what they have done with this game, so far.
The next step I am hoping developers take is make PvE gear worthless in PvP and PvP gear worthless in PvE (Stat wise, Full tenacity worthless for PvE and no tenacity = worthless for PvP.).
I may not be considered by most the BEST PVP Warlock on the server but, I am the most HATED amongst them.

...let's just say there's a reason for 100 points gear ArPen having a 1% ResIgn yield, whereas for most* other stats it's 1% per 400 points bonus.
*Recovery is the other exception, 1% Recharge Speed increase per 200 points invested.
