spell twisting thaymatourge feat reset primary artifact cooldown it should reset only encounters thanks.

    To add to this, Shard of the Endless Avalanche is not affected (As in it's CD is not reduced) whether it is a normal encounter or in the mastery slot.

    Icy Rays is not affected when in mastery (but is when it's a normal encounter)
