Anyone else having trouble Queuing up for skirmishes or Dungeons?

I just logged in today at noon and I cannot seem to Que up for any skirmishes or dungeons. I noticed they have a special event going on till the 13th (the Orc Assault) and cannot que for that or any of the dungeons on my list. (...and yes I am above lvl 6)

Just curious if it is me or game wide in nature.

    This is an issue we are looking into and are hoping to resolve ASAP.

    Thanks.

    I just noticed that when I changed areas, it seemed to catch up to me and put me in the que, like it was lagging in registering me. The Queue in the main menu is blank at the moment 1:55pm EST. Hope any of that info is helpful to you.

    I was getting so frustrated, considering I still have yesterday's dailies left (because the que system would make me wait for like an hour before finding a match for me, and just at that exact time, I'd be buying something from a store or something, and miss the 5 second window to ready up, and have to restart my que all over again......) over, that I actually came to this site, and spent the last 20 minutes trying to figure out my username and password to ask if it was just me, or what? I was starting to think I was banned from queing or something...

    I. also, cannot que for either of my chars. Very frustrating!

    I am glad to see the swift PW response as I am also unable to que for anything. I know the work is being done, but I would like to suggest maybe a restart on the CTA timespan in relation to this issue. Just a suggestion, time to grind old school!

    I was wondering, Is this just happening to xbox players or are pc players having the same problem?

    I did a search and came up with stuff about it having happened on pc in 2013. But atm, no I dont think both are affected.

    I wish i could get in the game to queue. When i log in i play for about 30 secs and i get red writing on the top that says "Server not Responding" the game comes back but 5 seconds later the same thing happens over an over. Tried Wireless, Wired, resetting modem and nothing works

    Oh thank god it wasn't just me having this problem.. I thought I glitched my account forever or that maybe I was banned from queues for some reason.

    I log in but once it gets to the screen that has NEVERWINTER DUNGEONS & DRAGONS on it stays there.(This is the screen before it loads the character screen). After about a minute of staying on this page I get a box telling me the game quit working. I closed the box and logged in again with the same result. At first I thought it was me but my spouse is having the same problem. Now I know it's not me but Neverwinter having complications.

    Guys, read the second post. There is zero need to speculate on the problem or whether or not Cryptic knows about it.

    oh cool least not just me...hmmmm maybe they should turn the event off just to see if that fixes it.but that would be to simple right.

    Yes I too am having no luck with the queue. Hopefully they fix it soon. The server seems to be struggling alot also. I have tried resetting my wireless and xbox , but the issue seems to be on the server. Constant freezing for more than 5 secs, terrible long rubberbanding, and server connection timed out. I have played both FW and PWI and loved it and I know with any new mmorpg there will be bugs and lots of raging because of things that pop up after launch. Keep up the good work PW look forward to more updates and expansions to D&D: Neverwinter here on xbox one :)

    i'm lv 42 and que'd for 5hrs before it went ***'s up...then que'd again... got invite to join ...accepted, then told didn't answer in time, now it wont let me join ANY que...they've actually managed to make this game worse than it was in the beta ???????

    Friends 'm not able to access the queues in the game to find the dungeons and participate in the event some of my friends are getting but I can not even select thecheck box of dungeons am lvl 60 and left me alone dungeons in the game you have any forecast return to normal game?

    Please make sure the @NeverwinterGame Twitter feed is updated as soon as the problem is fixed. I'm getting more depressed every time I login on my Cleric only to get shot down :(

    I'm hoping for those of us that deleted our quest journal thinking that was the issue will get some form of recompense. There was no answer and boron on your site about the issue.
    Is hate to be out all those astral diamonds (and an extension on the orc assault you be nice)

    So glad you fixed this. Now could you please fix the #D crash on PC! Many of us still can't get ingame after 4 days!!
